Al-Marsa was also beautified by making fine art murals, the idea of which is based on integrating Arabic calligraphy and images of Egyptian men and women from ancient Egypt and Upper Egypt, with the use of beautiful landscapes and their beautiful symbols such as palms and sailboats.

This is in addition to the work of polyester murals, which mainly depict scenes from the life of the ancient Egyptian in the Pharaonic civilization, and are equipped with lighting to highlight its beauty at night.

The floors were paved using marble, granite, and black basalt, and planting basins containing various forms of planting were made, in addition to providing the marina with 17 wooden pergolas and 6 kiosks to serve citizens decorated with inscriptions bearing the distinctive visual identity of Luxor.
