The Belarusian president announces the implementation of a major anti-terror operation in his country

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko revealed that a major anti-terror operation was carried out in his country, which was able to dismantle terrorist cells linked to Western countries and were active in Belarus.

Lukashenko said - in statements to the Belarusian news agency (Belta-News) -: "We have finished carrying out a major anti-terror operation in the country. We believed that terrorism would besiege us economically, but no.. Terrorism that is practiced inside the country against people and institutions continues on a large scale." More broadly, we will reveal more about this in the near future."

The Belarusian president stressed that after the counterintelligence activity is completed today, the government will submit complaints to German Chancellor Angela Merkel herself and some German officials, and not only German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas, adding: "We will talk about this later."

He pointed out that there are attempts by Western countries aimed at destabilizing the Belarusian society and weakening its morale through the media, as well as attempts to carry out a color revolution and mocking Belarusian symbols, stressing that they still fail to implement this.
