Japanese TV: A member of the South African rugby team has contracted the Corona virus

The Japanese broadcaster NHK reported that a member of the South African men's rugby team tested positive for the Corona virus, after the team arrived at the Japanese "Kagoshima" airport for training ahead of the start of the Olympic Games (Tokyo 2020).


And the television said, today, Saturday, that the 20 members of the team, who arrived in Japan earlier to compete in the Olympics, traveled from Tokyo to the city of “Kagoshima” in southern Japan today for a training camp before the start of the games when it was found that one of the injured Team members.


The television indicated that the injured member was transferred to the hospital, while the remaining 19 members of the team are isolated in their hotel rooms in Kagoshima, adding that the South African team canceled the training session that was scheduled to take place today.
