Cameroonian reports: Al-Ahly is watching Lambert Arena, the cotton striker

Cameroonian press reports revealed that Al-Ahly club is watching the young Cameroonian player Lambert Jimmy Arena, the player of the cotton team, after the player drew the attention of Al-Ahly coach Pitso Mosimane.

And the Cameroonian "kick442" website said that the player caught Mosimane's attention after he starred in the Confederation Cup this season with Cotton, where he played 14 matches and scored six goals, while providing three assists.

According to the same source, Al-Ahly is following the 22-year-old player throughout the season and will compete with European clubs to sign him, as the Red Devils were looking for a new striker, especially with the team's star, Mohamed Sharif, linked to moving abroad.

This comes at a time when Walter Bwalya did not meet the ambitions of Al-Ahly club due to his poor level, after they signed with him last January.

The report also indicates that Al-Ahly may be interested in Raja Casablanca star Ben Malango, who has been linked with a move to arch rivals Zamalek.

Lambert Jimmy Arena is one of the most prominent emerging talents in Cameroon, and he can participate in the center of the attacking center or the right wing, and is characterized by high speed and the ability to finish offensive attempts well and turn them into goals.
