Ben Ramadan, the star of Esperance: We will not let our fans down in front of Al-Ahly, and we will snatch the qualification card

Today, Friday, Mohamed Ali Bin Ramadan, the star of the Tunisian Esperance team, sent a message to his club’s fans before facing Al-Ahly Club, scheduled for tomorrow, Saturday, at “Al-Salam” stadium at nine in the evening, Cairo time, in the second leg of the semi-finals of the African Champions League, stressing to the fans of the “Bab” sons. Suweiqa” that the team will not let them down.

Al-Ahly settled the Champions League semi-final, first leg, with an exciting victory at the expense of its host, Esperance, with a goal without a response, scored by Mohamed Sherif, at the “Hammadi Al-Aqrabi” stadium in Rades.

"We are determined to have a strong reaction against Al-Ahly, and we are well aware that the match will be difficult, and we know what awaits us in Cairo," Mohamed Ali Bin Ramadan said in statements published by the "Digital Tunis" newspaper.

The Esperance player added, "We will make sure to offer everything we have on the field to achieve a positive result and return to Tunisia with the qualification card, and God willing, we will not fail our fans and promise them to achieve what they expect from us."

And Mohamed Ali Ben Ramadan had saved Esperance from getting out of the Champions League after scoring the second goal against Shabab Belouizdad in the 87th minute with a missile shot, to lead the team to the penalty shootout and win it (3-2), in the quarter-final matches.

It is scheduled that the winner of the Al-Ahly and Al-Tarji match will meet the winner of the match between Wydad and Kaizer Chiefs in the match that will be held in the evening, where the duo will meet in the final on July 17, according to what was confirmed by the Confederation of African Football.
