Zamalek reaches the 2002 African final at the expense of Raja

In the holy month nearly 19 years ago, he met Zamalek against Moroccan Raja in the first leg of the 2002 African Champions League final, which is considered one of the confrontations that the fans of the White Castle do not forget because it was a major reason for their crowning the championship, which has been absent from the team until now.


The match took place at the Mohammed V Sports Complex stadium on November 30, 2002, and it was Ramadan 25.


Zamalek during this period had a huge number of stars among its ranks, in addition to the technical director Cabral, who had a clear imprint with the White Castle, and he was crowned with many tournaments.
