New Obour City: Legal measures are being taken to remove the construction violations of Ahmed Orabi Association


Eng. Ahmed Ali, head of the New Obour City Development Authority, led a campaign to limit building violations without permits, which was carried out by some members of the Ahmed Orabi Agricultural Cooperative Association located within the cordon of the New Obour City in accordance with Republican Decree No. 249 of 2016, in preparation for taking legal measures towards and removing them.

 

Engineer Ahmed Ali explained that the campaign resulted in counting several building violations of different areas, and the necessary legal measures are being taken to remove these violations.

 

The head of the New Obour City Authority demanded members of the association and all entities and individuals in the lands subject of Republican Decree No. 249 of 2016, to adhere to the instructions and laws issued by the state and not to violate them, with the necessity of stopping all buildings by cutting land until the completion of the issuance of the necessary licenses from the city’s authority.

 

Eng. Ahmed Ali indicated that the agency will launch daily campaigns to monitor any infringements or building without permits, and to address them decisively and forcefully, and to take legal measures against violators.
